The 10th P2P Financial Systems International Workshop 2024

The 10th P2P Financial Systems International Workshop (P2PFISY) is a premier event dedicated to the exploration and discussion of peer-to-peer (P2P) and decentralised financial systems and will be held in collaboration with the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) on the 16-17th October 2024 in Dubai.

Kicked off in 2015 by Dr. Paolo Tasca, our Founder and Chairman, and first launched at the Deutsche Bundesbank, P2PFISY has since established itself as a leading platform for industry leaders, regulators, and scholars to share their experiences, research, and policy analyses.

Over the years, P2PFISY has garnered the support and participation of prestigious institutions such as the Federal Reserve, Deutsche Bundesbank, Bank of Italy, European Central Bank, Bank of England, Bank of Canada and De Nederlandsche Bank, making it a key event for those involved in the future of finance.

This year's workshop will provide a platform for regulators, academics, and practitioners to delve deeper into the accelerating shift towards digital and decentralised financial systems. It will also examine the increasing importance of sustainable finance and the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in investment decisions, as well as the importance of consumer protection in decentralised environments.

Call for Papers:

All authors are invited to submit their original research papers on decentralised emerging digital technologies and related areas. Submissions will be accepted until 5th September 2024.
